That is 76 days a year of your life, gone into the feed. Push Up Scroll turns that time into strength instead, and helps you win back your focus.

How it works

Your feed, behind a set of reps

  1. 01

    Pick your time sinks

Choose the apps that steal your hours: social, short video, games.

  2. 02

    They lock automatically

Opening one shows your shield instead of the feed.

  3. 03

    Move to unlock

Do a quick set of reps in front of the camera and earn minutes.

Try a set

Ten reps, thirty minutes back

This is the whole loop. Every rep the camera counts earns Time Points, and one Time Point opens one minute of the apps you locked.

Time Points you spend on your apps

Every rep banks Time Points, and one point opens one minute. Spend them when you want a scroll, and the apps lock again on their own when the time is up.

Questions

Does it really lock my apps?

Yes. On iPhone it uses Apple’s Screen Time permission, so a locked app opens to your shield instead of the feed. On Android it uses usage access and shows the shield over the app.

Is the camera recording me?

No. Your reps are counted on your phone while you move, and nothing is recorded or uploaded.

What if push-ups are not for me?

Pick another move. Squats, lunges, jumping jacks, marching in place, arm raises and stretches all earn Time Points, and some of them work sitting down.

How long does an unlock last?

As long as the Time Points you spend. One point buys one minute, and when the time runs out the apps lock again by themselves.

Which apps can I lock?

Any app on your phone: social, short video, games. Put them in a group and they lock and unlock together.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start straight away. Signing in only backs up your Time Points, streaks and achievements.
